Exchanges Only (No Refunds)

We offer exchanges only (no refunds) within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges are accepted only for size issues or manufacturing defects.

Products that have been misused, damaged, or show signs of wear

Items returned due to hygiene reasons (e.g., innerwear, accessories, etc.)
How to Request an Exchange

Provide Details:
Share your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for exchange. -
Ship the Item:
Send the item to our address via a reliable courier service. The item must be securely packaged. -
Inspection & Replacement:
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your replacement if it meets our policy criteria.
Shipping Costs

Return shipping (sending the item back to us): Paid by the customer.

Re-shipping (sending the replacement to you): Paid by KITIYA only if the item is defective or there was a manufacturing error. For all other exchanges (e.g., size), re-shipping is paid by the customer.

Exchanges are processed subject to product availability.

We reserve the right to deny exchanges if the returned item does not meet our policy conditions.
